    If Opae‘ula does not arrive successfully, we will replace the Opae‘ula, but this Guarantee only applies when shipment is sent within the SAFE & INSULATION Zone (55F to 90F, with or without the Additional Insulated Packing).


    Unsafe (Extreme Zone) Temperatures is <55F and >90F. We DO NOT SHIP and cannot offer a Replacement Guarantee when the delivery temperatures fall within the Unsafe Zone. We delay shipment till the temperatures improve.

    You will be notified if Additional Insulated Packing is needed before we ship your order(s). We will also submit a $7.00 PayPal Money Request for each item ordered. \When the additional Fee is paid, we will schedule your shipment via USPS Priority Insured “HOLD FOR PICKUP” at your local Post Office. Also, the provided email address will be used for the tracking notifications.

    Delivery areas with 10-day forecast temperatures (AM & PM) within the Extreme Zone, orders will be delayed till temperature conditions improve.

    International Buyers:

    ALL international Orders Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ) is 2500 Halocaridina Rubra (HR) or $1000 USD for other Products and Accessories. Please contact OH MY OPAE, LLC for more detailed information for your specific Country's Import Regulations and Cost(s).

    We pack ALL of our HR International Orders in 1/2 -1" styrofoam insulated boxes. ALL Live HR orders include an additional 1-3% quantity to cover any shipping loss. We double bag all LIVE HR orders and entirely enclose it in an additional plastic protection to minimze leakage.

    ALL International orders are ALWAYS DOUBLE COUNTED for accuracy, and usually verified by USDA, USFWS and Cargo Company. Heat Packs available upon request.

    Import duties, taxes, Customs charges, Insurance, Veterinarian Health Certifications, Financial fees and shipping/freight charges are the buyer's responsibility. If applicable, any additional administrative and processing cost will also be the buyer's responsibility. FOB

    Please check with your country's authorized customs office to determine what requirements and additional costs will be prior to bidding/buying. We are not responsible for items being confiscated by your local customs agencies. It is the buyer's responsibility to know and understand the laws of the importing country.

    DOA - Replacement Policy - ALL order will be shipped insured Air Freight (1-2 days). Since LIVE animals are not insured by any/most carriers, Buyer must email any DOA (Dead On Arrival) and all discrepancies to Seller within 6 hours of delivery accompanied with detailed and verifying photos to validate any shortages/DOA/ Discrepancies. Replacement will then be determined SOLELY by the Seller and, if applicable, replenished with the next order shipment.

    If just purchasing OPAE’ULA, the notification remains the same, but our standard DOA replacement policy is: the first 15% is waived and the remainder is charged at a 50% discount. The Buyer will also be responsible for ALL reshipment cost and certifications, if applicable. SELLER remains as the final approval for any replacement.

    ECOSYSTEM REPLACEMENT POLICY

    Seller will replace Opae ula, Glass Jar and decorative items damaged during shipment ONLY if Buyer contacts Seller within 6 hours after the delivered date/time and accompanied with photo of damages.

    Orders will be sent on the following Monday, Tuesday or Friday for a Weekday delivery. Due to LIVE contents and temperature sensitive contents, the package MUST be personally picked up within 2 days of delivery to your Post Office . We ONLY ship USPS PRIORITY Insured - "HOLD FOR PICKUP". Please schedule with OH MY OPAE to arrange for a secure shipping method. RETURNS and failure to pickup will not be REFUNDED. Re-delivery needs to be negotiated with Seller.

    DOA - REPLACEMENT POLICY

    LIVE SHRIMPS are NOT covered under the USPS insurance.

    ALL damages needs to be reported via email to Seller within 6 hours after the (received) delivered date/time with accompanying detailed and verifiable photo(s) of damages. DOA shrimps will then be determine if it is replaceable by Seller. Only Seller can approve any replaceable Opae ula.

    All U.S.A. USPS shipments will be sent insured via Priority "HOLD FOR PICKUP" at the delivery addresses nearest/local Post Office.
